Default Rendering tips needed

Hello, am completely new to Mental ray, am uploading my first image, i need suggestion and if any one could give some rendering settings to make it better and realistic, also if you look at second image am getting unnecessary highlights even when am using high FG settings? also my window glasses are not coming very well, what can i do for all these things!!!!

well i would recommend not relying just on FG for your bounce light, try using GI, and i bet an occlusion pass would enhance your image.

using bevels or chamfers in your geometry adds realism too. try the mia_roundcorners. check out the tutorials here, they will get you started.

i have tried few settings with both FG and GI i guess, am coming near somewhere!!!! will post the new image in few hours

Your settings look fine to me.
I don't tend to use Photons for exterior renders,
your best just using Final Gather.

Use the Mr_sun and Mr_sky ( Daylight system ) for exteriors.

Hello bullseye

I have tried with MR_Sun And MR_Sky Daylight systems , but it gives blue shade to the shadows and even make the white color blue so i thought for normal mr_spotlight, and it gave me white color proper,

Well the blue shad in your shadows should be physically correct.
As the atmosphere naturally does.
Remember you can adjust the saturation of the Mr_sky.
Also adjust the colour in the Logarithmic exposure.

ok, i will give it a try, i never thought of adjusting the skylight's saturation, thanks a ton, but today i have to give the rendering, so i kept it atleast i will be having something with me to show!!! tomorrow i will post the rendered image much finer than i did last time!!!
